Charlotte helped my husband and I buy our first house. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area where we were looking for a house. She knows Dallas and the surrounding cities like the back of her hand and was able to give us suggestions for what neighborhoods to consider. Then there was her honesty. Although most real estate agents just want to close the deal ASAP and get the client moved in, Charlotte tried to steer us in the right direction when choosing a house. She was always giving her opinion on the houses we went to view and she was quick to point out flaws, and it was very helpful! A lot of agents won't do that for you, but it was nice to hear her opinion of the houses, especially since we were first-time buyers and really didn't have experience with buying a home. In the future I will refer my friends and family to Charlotte if I hear that anyone is looking to buy a house. She is very sweet and easy to work with, and she made our home-buying process go very smoothly.

She was friendly and helpful so we decided to move forward with her which was one of the best decisions I made few months back. We managed to close the deal on time. We've sold/purchased two houses with her and throughout the process each time she was very attentive to every detail, making sure that our interests were protected. Bought a home in 2013. My experience buying a house with Charlotte was outstanding. My husband was away in the military at the time, and she helped me pick out our first home. The home I decided on was a foreclosure and Charlotte was able to tell me everything the lender was going to require to be fixed in order for the purchase to go through. She set me up with a lender that got us through the whole process quickly and kept it all pretty painless. Once things got rolling, she also helped me find a contractor to get the work done at a very reasonable price. After all was said and done, I was very pleased with Charlotte, her knowledge of the area and the work required and the ability to get me in contact with some great people to keep everything flowing smoothly.
