Luckily, for my two daughters, and I, we met Charlotte Hypes @ Sold It Today. From the first conversation we had, I knew she had the “right Stuff”. The “right stuff” is talent, experience, compassion, integrity and a GREAT TEAM. I also found out that the TEAM, was crucial, especially with the market ups and downs. Joe Hernandez and Elaine Haskins are what make Sold It Today operate like a well-oiled machine. Charlotte first said to me, “don’t worry about anything WE will take care of you and your daughters”; after hearing that, I was still nervous but they kept proving it all the way to closing. This Team took care of me like Family and I cannot stress enough how hard they worked to get us our dream home. I now have good friends I will call for all future needs in real estate.
