Charlotte Nelson is a Sales Associate in the Walnut Creek Office of Cornish and Carey Commercial specializing in the sale and leasing of office buildings. As part of a 6 member Office Services Group, Ms. Nelson represents both Landlords and Tenants along the I-680 Corridor. The team has over 100 years cumulative commercial real estate experience, currently lists 60 properties totaling over 2 million square feet, and has recently represented tenants such as Tier Technologies, Central Garden and Pet, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Online Documents, Inc. exclusively.
After working as an Associate in the Office Division of Colliers International, Walnut Creek, Ms. Nelson joined Cornish and Carey Commercial bringing her positive energy, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. These qualities, as well as extensive marketing skills, make her a valuable addition to the team. Prior to entering a career in real estate, Ms. Nelson worked for Merrill Lynch, Private Wealth Advisory in San Francisco focusing mainly on client research and client retention.
Ms. Nelson graduated from Ithaca College in New York with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. While attending, she participated in the School For International Training in Switzerland and the Center For Global Education in Namibia (Southern Africa). She enjoys travel, sports, and entertaining. She is also an active member of Rotary International, Walnut Creek club and Amnesty International.
