Chas Johnson

Chas Johnson is responsible for all Commercial Development and Asset Management in Thrive’s real estate portfolio. He has worked in the construction and real estate development industry since 1998. Throughout his career, Chas has specialized in medical and professional office development; successfully developing over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate. In addition to Chas’ office development experience, he has also developed multi-family, senior living, and retail developments throughout the Western United States. Chas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Utah. He is a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Utah.
