Chase Rutledge

Chase was born and raised in Parker County into a family of real estate professionals. With both parents as realtors, and a grandmother as a Real Estate Broker since the early 70’s, you could say he was born into the real estate business.

Chase’s family moved to Brock in 1996 and he graduated from Brock High School in 2010. After graduation he attended Texas Tech University and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management in the spring of 2014. While attending Texas Tech, Chase met Allie Richards who soon became Allie Rutledge in March of 2015. Chase and Allie moved back to Parker County shortly after marriage to continue the family tradition, and open Rutledge Realty Group. Allie works as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma/Emergency Department at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.
Chase enjoys all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating, playing with his two Labrador retrievers, and spending time with family and friends.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Metro West Association of Realtors. He received his GRI – Graduate of the Realtor Institute in the summer of 2017.
Growing up in a real estate dominate family Chase learned quickly that people still respect a firm handshake, a welcoming hello, and being treated like you are part of the family. That feeling is what he strives to provide to past, current, and future clients.
