Chaz Chase

Brian is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. The son of a seasoned real estate and mortgage professional, Brian carries on the long family tradition (over 4 decades) of helping San Diegan’s with their home buying and home selling goals. Prior to his real estate career, Brian owned and operated an advertising and marketing company in Northern California until his passion for real estate and the San Diego lifestyle brought him back to his home town.

His professional experience as a business owner and sales professional provides Brian the ability to see the bigger picture, especially when it comes to developing long lasting relationships and providing genuine customer care. Using his marketing background, Brian has developed an effective and time proven 6 Stage Plan of Action for buying and selling real estate. Using this system, Brian has built San Diego’s most caring and efficient real estate sales team in the Country, resulting in his team selling over 800 properties in the last 10 years alone! Brian’s real estate expertise has also landed him on the radio as a Co-Host of “The Money Makers” talk radio show on 760AM (KFMB), the repeat champion of ESPN radios Real Estate Debate along as appearances on Fox 5 News as a local Real Estate Expert.

Moreover, Brian’s commitment to his clients and associates earned him a nomination for the “Broker of the Year” award issued by the San Diego Association of Realtors. He has also been featured in Top Agent Magazine, is a multiple year winner of the 5 STAR award as published in San Diego Magazine and named 3 years in a row as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL TRENDS.

In his spare time, Brian dedicates to his wife and two kids, coaches soccer and focuses his efforts to giving back to the community. Each year, Brian and his team organize an annual charity event benefiting local non-profits such as Feeding America San Diego. In addition to playing an active role on the Leadership Team for the Strategic Referral Alliance Chapter of Business Network International, Brian is also a contributing member of STAR and the Del Mar Professionals (two local business and charitable organizations here in San Diego).
