My name is Cheer Alvarez, retired military spouse who has the skills and knowledge to aid you through any of your property needs. Within my experience of being a military wife of 25 years, there were many instances that arose which have forced me to become adaptable towards any situation. This has taught me to be patient when times get difficult which has allowed me to perfect my work ethic. The skills gained through these experiences allowed me to open up opportunities for financial and physical security in relation to property which is what I want to offer my clients. Due to this, I take pride in being a licensed FL Real Estate Sale Associate as well as Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) . Former job skills involve Mortgage Loan Processing and Tax preparations. As a Bilingual Real Estate Consultant I am here to provide customers a peace of mind, and walk them through the variety of facets involved in the real estate process and I am here to make it smooth and stress free!
