Chelsea found us a home and we were the first couple to view it and was able to outbid the other offers within that day. The listing wasn't originally her own and she sent it over and made it happen. Hello everyone, my husband and I decided to sell our house after thirty eight years of living in Middleboro to move onto the next phase of our life. I wasn't sure how anything worked with real estate but after seeing Chelsea on facebook selling homes like crazy i called her and she came down and listed our home. We sold it at the 1st and only open house. She was very professional , answered all of our questions and helped out with all our worries. She handled all our craziness with such ease and was always responded to us with such quickness. I would highly recommend Chelsea to sell your home or to find a home for you. She was truly awesome. Chelsea kept an upbeat attitude and kept moving what turned out to be a long process. This sale was especially difficult with several government requirements that made the process seem impossible. Including Probate, Land Court, IRS, MADOR, MA Health, conservation all grinding the process to a slow pace with a drop dead date to beat a rate lock expiration for the buyer. And a buyer backing out previously for the dumbest of reasons. And a contractor there to measure that started tearing up floors before closing 🙄. She earned her money on this one.👍

I recently purchased my first house through Chelsea and she was awesome. She would send me houses daily before they were on public sites, and if I was interested we would have a showing set up within the hour. If we wanted to make an offer it was completed and sent day 1.

Chelsea is simply the best!! She greatly reduced our stress when we purchased our first home back in 11/2021 when it was almost impossible to get an offer accepted. I found her through Facebook and from the moment we first talked til our offer got accepted on our dream home was probably one month tops. The listings she sent us matched our criteria perfectly. She always answered our questions promptly and thoroughly and was excellent at explaining everything to us in a way we could understand. She worked closely with the other realtor and mortgage people and we actually ended up being able to close 5 days earlier then expected! If we ever need a realtor again she’s our go to!
