Chelsea was so awesome, her patients and positivity is amazing as a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing, if we found a house and didn’t get it Chelsea was right there with her positivity to lift your spirit back up and get at it again. She is so easy to reach anytime of the day/night she was available to talk and answer my questions and if she didn’t know it she is on it to get the answer . Definitely will be recommending her. Chelsea Raglon is Amazing!!!
Chelsea was very professional, patient, kind .. (the list goes on). We went to look at houses and on the first day we put an offer in (we didn’t get that one). The second time we looked at houses, we found the one. Chelsea gave me the best advice on how to move forward. Thanks to her expertise, WE GOT IT! Chelsea worked around my hectic schedule and was always ahead of the game. She took into consideration every detail I wanted in my home, from the safety of the neighborhood to the school systems nearby. Chelsea Raglon is exceptional! Being a first time homeowner, Chelsea was a God-send! She explained every step of the process thoroughly, ensured that I was involved in all major decisions, and validated all of my concerns. Moreover, Chelsea showed genuine care for me by offering her honest opinion about various places rather than looking for a quick sale. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate and is more than willing to share that knowledge, regardless of the area in question. On closing day, Chelsea made the culmination of all of our hard work feel like a grand event; she truly knows how to go the extra mile to recognize and celebrate such a milestone. 1 year post closing, Chelsea made a point to send congratulatory words to mark a full year in my own space; this really just solidified her outstanding abilities in the real estate field and I am so thankful to have her!

I've followed Chelsea on Instagram for years! One day she posted on Instagram about a grant program so I slid in her DMs to find out more information. I was pre approved with three lenders that Chelsea referred. She submitted three offers for me in a matter of two weeks! The first home that we submitted an offer on we were beat by a cash offer things fell through and we submitted the same offer a 2nd time and it was accepted! Chelsea would not let me get defeated during this process, she was positive, communicated well, and literally knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. The home I closed on we both saw the potential and I'm so blessed to have had Chelsea as a realtor. No matter what time of day or night I contacted her she was available to answer any questions I had! I highly recommend her, and will be sending more family her way in the near future!

My Husband and I had no idea that our home was worth as much as we sold it for. That was solely due to the amazing agent Chelsea Raglon. She is a beast when it comes to selling homes. I highly recommend she and he company. It was a miracle that our home sold as fast as it did and we’re able to work with the buyer to agree so quickly.
