About Cheri

Real Estate is Cheri’s passion. Her father was a builder in the Hampton Roads area. Since childhood, she accompanied him to the construction sites to help. Picking up trash, riding on the tractors, rescuing animals . . . all in a day’s work. Not surprisingly, in 1981 she married a builder. In 1994, Cheri decided to get involved in the sales side of the business. After taking the required courses and getting her licenses, she became an agent in the fall of that year.

Cheri loves what she does! Having the opportunity to work with so many buyers and sellers has been a great blessing to her.

Cheri’s philosophy? "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Cheri provides her clients with the level of service she would want if she was selling or buying her own house.

Cheri is a Virginia girl, born and raised in Newport News. She attended college at Virginia Tech. After college she moved to California to work in the computer industry. That is also where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration. After fifteen years in California, she returned to her roots - Virginia and Real Estate.

She sold one home for me on a waterfront (very hard to sell) in 3 months, and another in just one week! All were in the hampton roads area. She is extremely professional and goes way beyond what other agents do to sell your home.
