Cherie is incredible! She helped us find a home in TN while we were still living in CA (no easy feat!) then helped us sell that home when it was time to pick up and move again. She made sure it was as seamless as possible and was always available for questions! Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Cherie to find our home here in Nashville. Being from the North we didn’t know much about the different areas. We also kept changing our minds constantly on what we needed to have and what we could live without. Cherie was so patient with our indecisiveness and even more patient with my significant other and my different taste. Cherie found our home and we didn’t have to sacrifice ONE thing we asked for. It checked every box on our list. With the guidance of Cherie, we immediately put our offer in late at night (again her patience with us is admirable for sure) and by 8:30am the next day Cherie called us with the news that the seller had accepted our offer with no negotiating. Where do we begin? Well, my wife and I were relocated to the area due to my job and we knew no one in town! We attempted to look into some properties but found ourselves quickly becoming frustrated. We drove by one of Cherie's listings and called her hoping to schedule a showing. She immediately picked up our call and from then on we knew we had found someone we could trust! She worked with us all holiday weekend trying to find a home to rent. Cherie treated us like we were her top priority and we were just renters! She genuinely cared about finding our new family the perfect place to live. She even let us come to her office to print necessary documents since didn't know where else we could go. Cherie is extremely knowledgeable of the area and had us feeling like we had a home field advantage. We both do not have enough positive things to say about our experience with Cherie! She's not only very nice, but very honest and knowledgeable. I'd recommend her to anyone! She was the realtor on a property we just rented. She was responsive. We have been trying desperately to find a rental home in a specific area. Cherie, not making a profit, has gone out of her way to constantly update us with new listings. She has met us to see homes and contacted the agents they are listed with. She is amazing!!! Chad Peyton
