It was a bumpy ride bumpy ride but thanks to Cherise we got a good deal on the home we wanted. The seller tried to renegotiate the deal after both parties signed and agreed to the purchsae agreement. I never heard of such a thing. WTH is what i was thinking. Cherise took control of the situation. She battled it out. For a while I thought we may lose the home. However a few days later the deal moved forward. The deal would stand as is and we closed 30 days later with no hick ups. The financing was as easy as could be and she was with us the whole way. Answering all my questions and concerns promptly. I'm really happy with how it all turned out in the end. J. Silva

My wife and I actually ran into Cherise by chance during one of her open houses. During the open house, she was sincere and honest about the property. Ultimately we decided to not only put in an offer, but also asked if she would be willing to represent us as well. We were new home buyers, so the home buying process was both exciting and frightening at once. Cherise was very patient and always seemed to make herself available regardless of the time of the day to answer any questions or offer advice. Fast forward less than a month later and we successfully closed on the house with very few virtually no hiccups along the way. I would definitely recommend Cherise to anyone looking for a house that does not want to deal with the stress of the process. She also has the experience to handle loans as well. Although buying a new home is an extremely happy time it can also be one of the most confusing and stressful when also selling your home if you do not have a knowledgable real estate agent like Cherise. She not only sold our home after two previous agents failed she cross checked every detail with our prospective buyers and kept in constant contact with us explaining every detail along the way.
