Cherolyn is the definition of professional. My apartment had been on the market for a few months with another agent and no prospects. When I turned the apartment over to Cherolyn within a week of the first open house she had several prospects for me to choose from. What a relief that was! She kept the lines of communication open at all times and did her due diligence throughout the whole process. My apartment is now rented to a thoroughly vetted couple and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that she provided.

Lately I have realized that it's truly difficult to find people that are efficient and pleasant. However, working with Cherolyn made me hopeful that there are people out there that are still caring and helpful. My family and I had been home shopping for a long time, but felt frustrated and lost with the process. We honestly didn't know where to begin. However, that quickly changed when we started working with Cherolyn. Her years of experience was evident when answering our questions and easing concerns. She took her time to do zoom calls to explain the process, and also would keep us updated when communicating with the other parties (lawyers, bank, etc) Also, all of the recommendations she made, were just as efficient, which I didn't expect any less. She was organized and ready to step in. Also when stressed and needed reassurance, Cherolyn was ready and available to comfort me. Never did I feel like I was bothering. Even when she was busy, I would get a text assuring me that she would call me back. Fully recommend Cherolyn and would not hesitate not one bit to use her again in the future.

Professional, attentive, works in your best interest. Not the type of realtor that’s in it for the commission. I can’t say enough good things about her. She had her coworker work with me on a LI house( Jeremiah Grant ) went above and beyond helping me getting my house sold and filing the rough edges that pop up at the last minute. He did a lot of physical work on the house, things that were not part of his job. They lifted my spirits and helped me stay focused on the positive outcome. They communicated and kept me in the loop till the end.. loved the Teamwork ..I think I just made 2 new friends

Awesome and professional experience with Ms Stratton. If you want to ask many questions and a lot of details before buying a home she is the person for the task. Buying a home is a stressful experience for many and of course you want to be well educated about how to invest your money. Ms Stratton has the patience to explain you about all you need to know before buying your new home. She’s also reasonable about your budget and circumstances. She just one ignore your calls if you don’t have the budget for a home. Yes, she is there to do business but also to help you and make your home search less stressful. You’ll feel safe and comfortable working with a professional like her. I strongly recommend her even if you are not sure about buying a house.

Mrs. Stratton is the professional agent if you’re shopping around for one. Always punctual, has a wealth of knowledge and is forth right in ALL areas. I like Cherolyn’s attention to detail. Often times agents want to hurry up and sell a property but Cherolyn is patient especially if you’re a first time home buyer. When making a large purchase like a home you want to feel safe and sure that your agent has YOUR best interest first. She lays everything on the line as to the buyers wants, needs and desires and helps the buyer look at things objectively. Another thing that sticks out in my mind during this process is Cherolyn’s listening skills. She doesn’t have that “used car salesmen” approach. She listens, waits for you to fully explain yourself and then gives you ideas, suggestions and a plan to accomplish the job. You can tell that she’s not only well versed in real-estate but rather knowledgeable about questions that the buyer is not even asking. Reading this review would not serve Cherolyn justice. Meeting her in person is what’s needed to validate everything is this review. I would recommend Cherolyn to any serious buyer or seller. After dealing with Cherolyn…this is a tuff act to follow. She goes above and beyond the call of duty dealing with the attorneys, agents, boards and management. I would give her four thumbs up but I only have two thumbs.
