Cheryl worked as an accountant, business manager before starting her Small Business Consulting Firm, where she helped small businesses find their path to success. After a difficult experience in the purchase of "Ivy Hall" a 1935 historic mansion, her home for 11 years, Cheryl decided to go to real estate school, to better understand how the real estate business worked. She found there was a need to bringing more personalized service to both buyers and sellers. In 1996 Cheryl, earned her Real Estate license, in the year 2000, acquired her Brokers License and in 2007 formed the Bretz Team for Real Estate Services. In 2013 she and her husband, George, opened Blues Skies Realty, LLC. George brings a degree in engineering and 25 plus years in customer quality assurance, providing high level professionalism to each of our Real Estate Projects. George is also a Senior Residential Specialist, Accredited Stager and Renovation Specialist. In 2008 Cheryl was Local Chapter President for Sumner Co. WCR, Women's Council of Realtors, 2007 won WCR's Business Woman of the year, 2011 Realtor Member and 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year.
