WE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT OUR HOUSE HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR CHERYL. THE HOUSE WE WANTED SHOWED PENDING ON LISTINGS BUT OTHER SITES DIDN'T SHOW PENDING OUR FORMER AGENT SAID IT WAS PENDING PERIOD. I BACKED TRACKED AND CALLED THE BROKER HE REFERRED ME TO CHERYL. SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT IN MINUTES SHE FOUND OUT THE PROPERTY WAS AVAILABLE. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR HER ACTIONS THAT GOT US OUR DREAM HOME.

Cheryl is the best agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold over 25 homes in Atlanta for investment purposes and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Top service and Cheryl truly goes out of her way for her clients beyond what even a top agent would do. She is fantastic!
