Cheryl is a creative, enthusiastic and detail oriented agent with strong execution and communication skills. Cheryl is a New Hampshire native and currently resides in Londonderry with her husband of 25 years, adult twins and 3 dogs. She was born in Hooksett, NH and graduated from Central High school in Manchester. She is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA and holds a BS in Marketing. Her first exposure to real estate was her purchase of a home on the South Shore of Massachusetts, shortly after graduation. After a few years in her Abington, MA home, Cheryl and her family sold the home and had a house built in Londonderry, NH where they lived for 11 years. While her children were young, she had the wonderful opportunity to stay home with them and was an active participant in all areas of their lives and in the community. Cheryl served as the President of the local PTA, and local Twin’s group, soccer coach, Girl Scout Troop Leader and worked as a teacher’s aide in the local kindergarten, Moose Hill School. They sold the Londonderry home and moved to the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania when her husband was transferred there for work. While in PA, Cheryl got involved with her children’s sports clubs and took a job with a local Chiropractor. After a couple of years in PA, Cheryl and her family decided to move back to Londonderry, NH to be close to family and friends.
Cheryl’s interests include going for walks, runs, working out and a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. One of her favorite places to escape to is Freeport, ME. Cheryl and her husband also do most of their own home renovations, and she has become a wealth of knowledge about home projects and interior design.
