With over 30 years of local real estate experience, Cheryl has a vast amount of experience in both the commercial and residential business. Her first ten years of business were in the commercial real estate field where she identified under utilized land and/or buildings for builders/investors; found vacant property for subdivision and rezoning as well as researched locations then negotiated contracts or leases for national chains. For the last 20 years, Cheryl has spent most of her time in residential real estate.
