About Cheryl

Cheryl has been licensed for 30 years and is an Associate Broker in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Early in her career, she sold real estate at Loon Mountain, NH. She took time off to raise their children and volunteered on local community recreation and education boards. Cheryl continued her interest and education in real estate during that time, and 6 years ago, re-entered the market. She is a top producing agent in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, combined with the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Cheryl chose real estate as her career because she enjoys meeting new people, hearing their stories, building trusting relationships, and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Additionally, as a result of her husband’s occupation as a custom home builder, Cheryl has a strong interest in architecture, home design, and visualizing renovation projects. She also has a successful history of matching luxury non-MLS properties with buyers. Cheryl grew up in western Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University, majoring in business administration. She and her husband have three children. They all enjoy downhill skiing, biking on the Kingdom Trails, sailing on Lake Memphremagog, and having fun with family and friends.
