Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Medford, OR.- Cheryl contacted us to sell a rehab property we were listing for sale by owner. She showed it a couple times before asking us to let her list it. We needed to get good value out of the house, as repairs cost a little more than budget. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Medford, OR.- I found Cheryl on the internet before we moved from Las Vegas NV to Southern OR. She has been AWESOME!! I am a very picky buyer and she was so helpful and patient.. We found the perfect house and she is a very good negotiator for us. We have purchased homes in Illinois and Nevada. This is our 7th home. Bought a home in 2012 in Starvation Heights, White City, OR 97537.- It is a good quality when someone responds to your calls and questions promptly. Cheryl Malone has this quality, and did not disappoint us in any way. She was also very helpful with a bunch of other questions regarding plants, wildlife, utilities,and a bunch more.
