Cheryl is absolutely the best realtor to work with if you want someone who is professional, competent and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. I have known Cheryl for years when we worked together back in Rhode Island. When she moved to Florida, I never expected our paths would cross again but when I recently had to sell my parent's house in the Villages, I reached out to her and she got back to me right away. Cheryl was great to work with and was a huge support for me throughout the whole selling process. It is not easy to find a realtor who you can trust when trying to sell a house from out of state but Cheryl is that one person you can trust! From the start, she listened and understood my situation and was the driving force in getting the house sold. She was super helpful with making phone calls and scheduling the repairs to get some home inspection items completed. She was always there to answer my questions (and I had alot) and exceeded my expectations in every way. She went above and beyond to ensure I was informed throughout the process. We worked with Cheryl to sell our property. During the time the market had come to a virtual standstill. Cheryl was there with us every step of the way. We had already left the state and she was there to help meet with contractors to refurbish our kitchen. She even dealt with a stinky squirrel in our attic. She had good advice on the market and how to get our house to sell. She went above and beyond to sell our house. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of selling or buying a house!

We did not purchase a home during our time with her, but found multiple possibilities a few weeks later and Cheryl provided the most comprehensive FaceTime video walk-throughs.

Only on rare occasion will you find someone so special as Cheryl Parisi-Ciolfi. She truly defines integrity, honesty, patience, diligence and compassion. Moving can be a highly stressful task, finding the right home to fit your needs and make wonderful new memories in may test your limits.
Cheryl constantly queried us for what things mattered most, and spent endless amounts of time and energy finding homes that fit with those specific characteristics and requests. She had a good eye for cleanliness, house condition and layout practicality, . And I really appreciated that she focused on fair market price.
Sometimes you need more than a realtor, you need someone who is like family and wants to protect your interests, assets and desires. Cheryl exceeds on all levels and will advocate on your behalf with clear, concise language when dealing with other realtors.
