About Cheryl

Cheryl Ritter’s love of real estate came at an early age. Her father owned a custom home building company and she remembers fondly spending time with him on Saturdays visiting the home sites. Then, later in life, helping him manage the business. Working with clients on their plans and selections and seeing their dreams come to life was exhilarating. In 2004, an unexpected move brought Cheri to Charlotte, pulling her away from what she loved doing. However, moving here from Michigan, over fourteen years, she experienced firsthand how important a good agent is.

Since then, Cheri has bought & sold several personal homes, which has led her to fully understand the process for each situation. Therefore, she can relate, very well, to both buyers and sellers.
