Cheryl Stakutis

Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Cheryl has been licensed to sell real estate for over thirty years. During her career, she has marketed and sold several new construction condominium developments. She is extremely well-versed in all phases of real estate including pre- and new construction, land, residential homes, condominiums, rentals, and relocation.
Cheryl holds a BS Degree in Business Management. She later was as partner and owner of Patriots Computers Inc., a business she helped develop and subsequently sold. Cheryl is known for her friendliness and her high energy level, as well as for her commitment to providing the highest level of professional service and expertise to serve every client. Cheryl's superb negotiating skills are a valuable asset, and she specializes in Concord and the surrounding towns. Cheryl is dedicated to counseling her clients on market conditions and she is knowledgeable in both the buying and selling market. She also has a network of professional resources and a keen eye for staging properties to look their best.

A Notary Public and relocation specialist, Cheryl continually pursues educational opportunities to ensure that her buyer and seller clients receive timely and relevant advice. Cheryl holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).

Cheryl is very involved in the Concord community, and she is a mother of three children. She is a member of the Auxiliary of Emerson Hospital and a member of the Concord/Carlisle Neighborhood Brigade. She was a team captain for six years on the U.S. Tennis Association, Women's Northwest Suburban Tennis League, and the DBH Indoor Tennis League. Cheryl actively supports Household Goods, a non-profit organization in Acton that provides household goods to people in need.
