My name is Chet Hockett with Exit King Realty. My primary areas are Sarasota, Venice, Nokomis, Englewood, Rotonda West, North Port and Port Charlotte. I am originally from Indiana where I have over 30 years of customer service experience. I've worked in the newspaper industry, automotive sales and I owned and operated a jewelry and coin store. The customer was always the top priority in all of these fields and I enjoyed serving my community.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Tonja for over 27 years and have 2 adult children. I fell in love with South Florida at a very young age. I was lucky enough to have grandparents that lived down here so I visited as often as possible growing up. I always knew I would eventually call Florida my home! After our children went out on their own we knew it was time and we've never looked back.

Some of my hobbies include trading stocks, collecting sportscards, nature photography and hunting for fossils. The stock market is really more than just a hobby for me. Understanding the trends of the markets is extremely helpful in the real estate world as well.
