About Chey

After a lifetime of maintaining his dual citizenship between inner-city Houston and the Texas Hill Country, in 2008 Chey seized the opportunity to move his wife and children to his family’s working ranch in the upper Blanco River Valley near Lindendale. Time spent learning the ropes of the sometimes challenging but always rewarding pursuit of ranching served as a revelation both personally and professionally and cemented Chey’s focus on Farm and Ranch sales full time.

Since joining Anders Realty in 2011, Chey has helped clients buy and sell recreational and working ranches throughout Kendall, Blanco, Gillespie, and Hays counties. A career highlight was the successful sale of a 442-acre ranch that featured jaw dropping Pehl Falls, a 15-foot waterfall on the Blanco River. This outstanding natural spectacle has been the location of numerous commercials & movie scenes and appeared in the book THE BLANCO RIVER by Wes Ferguson.

Prior to transitioning to Farm and Ranch, Chey worked for his family’s commercial real estate firm Insight, CBI throughout the greater Houston area. Chey is a 4th generation Texan & Houstonian and 2nd generation Realtor. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio from 2002-2004.
