Chip Morgan

Chip is a Virginia Beach native. He moved to San Diego in 2008. Growing up in a military town he can relate to the transition to the west coast. In his 10 years in the luxury San Diego rental market, he has met many service men and women that have lived in Norfolk that have relocated to San Diego. Chip graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2006. His passion is helping people find the right place to live through active listening and finding out what matters to the individual by adding value to one's needs.Chip networks with clients toward achieving their real estate goals and dreams, create and implement proactive solutions. These include client first sensibilities, active listening, uncovering hidden values, needs, implementing winning strategies while focusing on and acting on client requirements. When Chip isn’t helping his clients you can find him at any of the many beaches in San Diego or hiking one of the beautiful peaks in San Diego.Chip is confident he is the person to help you with anything real estate related.
