Chip received his Real Estate license and joined the Coldwell Banker team in 1999 and has since obtained his Brokers license in 2014. He is a Broker Associate in the Sacramento Metro office found on McKinley Park.
Chip was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He majored in Music History & Literature at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. His primary instrument was piano which he continues to play daily. Chip worked in Ohio and California in the Telecommunications industry for 15 years designing business telephone/voicemail systems. He moved to Sacramento from Ohio in 1995. His favorite hobbies are piano, perennial gardening and collecting art. Chip lives in the South Land Park community.
Chip is incredibly involved with the local community. He is a former Vice-President of the South Land Park Neighborhood Association, past President of the Art Service Group, a fundraising organization helping the Crocker Art Museum, a 2010 graduate of the Sacramento City Management Academy, and 2018 graduate of the Sacramento Citizens Planning Academy At the Sacramento Association of Realtors, he is a member of the Board of Directors, an SAR Scholarship Trustee and a member of the SAR Scholarship Fundraising Committee. He also sits on the MetroList MLS Committee.
