About Chip
For Chip Perry, Lake Oconee water runs in his veins.
In 1979 when Georgia Power created Lake Oconee, Perry’s parents traded in their 1957 Thunderbird for a lake lot. As a kid, he fondly recalls camping along the shores of the lake, reveling in the plentiful wildlife and undisturbed tranquility. Since then, Perry has spent considerable time visiting and playing on Lake Oconee before making the decision to move to Lake Oconee ten years ago.
Perry worked in corporate sales and customer service for Kraft Foods before beginning his now 16-year, high-achieving career in real estate. He joined the Reynolds sales team in January 2015, where he has earned the title of Million Dollar Club member by the Lake Country Board of Realtors each year since.
When not selling the lake lifestyle, Perry enjoys living it with his wife, Tina, sons, Jackson and Alex, and their dogs, Lily, and Moose. The family enjoys fishing, boating, and paddleboarding. They also attend Lake Oconee Church.
Tina is an accomplished artist in her own right, with pieces of hers hanging in the Reynolds Lake Oconee Model Homes and the Linger Longer Steakhouse.
