About Chris

Ever since buying my first home, I wanted to know more about real estate. I called my Realtor and asked him, “What else can we do?” I bought some rental property and built some houses and apartments in Columbia, MO with a partner. I managed and maintained the rental property and eventually sold them before moving back to St Louis. I obtained my license to sell real estate in 1997 and began working with builders as an assigned agent in a builder display home. When new construction got hit, I transitioned into traditional resale sales. I also took on a few rehab projects. I am currently a Residential Real Estate Specialist with Equity Missouri.

Recently I have had the opportunity to work with some “green/energy efficient” builders. I am EcoBroker Certified which is similar to the NAR Green designation and I have worked with the HBA’s Green Building Council in promoting green building in the St. Louis area.

I think that my experience in different aspects of Real Estate sets me apart from others. I have been involved with property management, home sales and I am very knowledgeable about new construction. These skills will help me in evaluating homes for sale, assisting clients with new home construction and properly pricing homes to market for sale. Most important though, my greatest asset is that I take time to listen. I am then better prepared to help create solutions.
