About Chris

Chris was born and raised in New Jersey. After moving "way too many times" throughout the East Coast his family landed in CT in 1993. Here, he met his wife Markell and now live in Shelton with their two daughters, two cats, and a dog.

Prior to his real estate career Chris worked in the soccer and fashion industries for many years as a creative director. He has had the opportunity to work with some of soccer's most accomplished teams sponsors and dignitaries as well as some iconic brands. From Major League Soccer AC Milan Juventus Manchester United and Chelsea to Mountain Dew, Pepsi, and Iced-T - he has witnessed first-hand the passion drive and dedication that make these teams and brands achieve success year-in and year-out on a world stage. This is the same passion drive and dedication that Chris is committed to bringing to his day-to-day routine.

In 2005 Chris acquired his real estate license. He worked hard and within 2 years his drive to succeed was rewarded by being made a Managing Partner of a local real estate office. His first joint venture office opened at the end of 2006 right when the market was about to crash. Staying focused he was able to increase business year after year. His managerial proficiencies which aided in the success of this office led to an invitation in partnering to open a second office in 2009. He managed these two offices totaling 70+ agents while also advising on the corporate side until 2018. During this time he used his marketing background to redesign and unify the corporate brand while creating and implementing several office initiatives such as agent incentive plans community service programs and his Ignite Training Series which focused on igniting a new agents' career.

Chris has served on the BOD at his local Board of REALTORS from 2008 - 2018 serving as President in 2013. He has also served on state committees as a Director for CTR. As a member of a local chamber of commerce he co-founded YEP (now FEUL), a young professional's group.
