Since 2004, Chris has been providing trustworthy services for his real estate clients while serving in a fiduciary relationship in both buying and selling homes. With an educational background in business (Stanford MBA) and a career in Hollywood that included leadership roles in that business community, Chris respects the importance of bringing strategic insight and financial competencies to each transaction in order to facilitate getting the best price from the marketplace with timelines that are aligned with his clients' needs.
Being known as a trusted advocate and taking a hands-on approach with his personal involvement in each step of the process are just part of the niche, he has successfully established in selling homes on the Monterey Peninsula. Most importantly, he cares about his clients during what can be a tumultuous time and will assume time consuming burdens to help the buyer and/or seller make this transition.
Chris believes strongly in "giving back" and has extensive non-profit leadership experience from his past tenures on the Stevenson School Board of Trustees (alma mater), MPCC Board of Directors and committees, Chairman and Board member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, past Chair of the Hollywood Sign Trust and currently as Treasurer of the Morse Foundation in Pebble Beach.
For over a half century, Chris has had the privilege of enjoying the recreation and life experiences available while having a family home in Pebble Beach. He has seen the local changes that come with time, but what has not changed is his love for this spectacular meeting of land and sea and the opportunity to share it with others.
