Chris was absolutely amazing and literally I have never ever done a review nor would I take the time to do one-until now. This is a rare exception! Chris, got me all my docs within the hour, was sending multiple proposals MINUTES after I requested an offer, setup my termite inspection, appraisal and home inspection LITERALLY within the first four days of our offer acceptance! My fiancé and I were on the hunt for a home beginning in late 2021 and were given a recommendation for Chris from Clear Edge Realty. We immediately realized how fortunate we were to find the perfect realtor! Besides the fact that he had the same sense of humor as we do, he quickly came to know what we were looking for, was responsive and honest with us, and always met with us every time we wanted to see a new listing.

Although it felt like forever in the moment, Chris made the process as painless as it could be considering the state of the market and how relentless it was, especially at our price point. Nonetheless, he efficiently put in offer after offer for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were seen to the sellers.

Before we knew it, Chris helped us find OUR home. If it weren’t for him, I don’t think we would have found something so soon and essentially below what we anticipated buying for. Chris Blasic is the Best Real Estate Agent that we have ever had. We were in the market for a single-story home with RV access and a pool, if possible. That is a diamond in the rough. We looked at a few homes that fit our needs. Chris walked us through all the ins and outs about the area, taxes, and HOA’s. Chris is a great real estate agent. We were very lucky to find him back in 2011 when another agent couldn't find us a house. Time after time our offers never got accepted or were sent in late. We were very frustrated and began looking at houses on our own. Chris happened to be an agent for a house we wanted to see, he met us at the location. We bought our house in 2015 with him as first time home buyers, scared out of our mind and not knowing anything. Chris is amazing. I've dealt with Chris for quite a handful of sells and buys. What I like the most is that he was always looking out for me. He would always make sure we saw all our houses of interest and he would make great suggestions on houses we should also look at. He always came prepared with information for the houses we saw along with our expected mortgage. There were never any surprises. Chris is a great guy and I always trust his advice.
