Chris Boone

Mr. Boone is an owner and President of Capital Land Partners. He began his career in 1981 with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) working in both audit and tax. In 1984 he joined Interstate Securities (succeeded through mergers by Interstate/Johnson Lane and Wachovia Securities) where he spent 18 years, serving as President and Managing Director of their real estate investment banking group and as CFO & COO of CapTrust Financial Advisors, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wachovia Securities. Mr. Boone is a licensed real estate broker in the states of North and South Carolina.
