Chris is a NC Land Broker, sharing with buyers and sellers a broad range of training and work experience. He became a licensed broker in 2005, and specializes in marketing and sales of large tracts of land. Foreign language speakers will be glad to know that Chris is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and can also assist French-speaking customers.

He enjoys scouting new properties, hiking and photographing the most special features that will be essential in showing and selling property.
Mapping new properties using satellite imagery and topographical maps is one aspect that Chris enjoys, and it is critical in helping land owners and land buyers to understand the major features of the land. As a NC land broker, these maps are very helpful in navigating even the largest tracts of land. HD video production and photography provide an added dimension to buyers and sellers, and it is also one of Chris’ specialties.
Before becoming a land broker, Chris spent close to 20 years in the aquaculture industry, instructing and helping farmers in the commercial production of aquatic plants and animals. He was also involved in research, consulting, and marketing. As a field faculty member for different universities, Chris worked extensively with the public, in business management, and R&D. As a volunteer at his local fire department, Chris has served as an officer, and continues to serve as treasurer, firefighter and rescue technician, employing his management and organizational skills in providing the highest level of service, fire protection, and safety to his community.
