I would recommend Cindy and Chris Brodin to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Marshalltown. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and concerns. Cindy went above and beyond her obligations, and made me feel more comfortable buying my first house than I expected possible. She was always looking out for me, and I could tell that she really cared how things were going to turn out. Cindy made sure I found the right house, and offered great advice through every step of the process. I will always be very grateful to Cindy and Chris.
