About Chris

I have been in the real estate industry since 2001, and decided in 2010 that it was time to start my own firm because I wanted the flexibility to work with my clients to offer unparalleled service as well as provide them with an incredible value.

I moved to Vero Beach with my husband and 2 boys from Charlotte, NC in 2006, but had lived most of my adult life in Orlando, FL. While we had lived in fairly large cities before moving to Vero, we quickly fell in love with the small town atmosphere and could not imagine living or raising our buys anywhere else. I grew up in Thomasville, GA, went to Florida State University and then graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters Degree in Taxation and went on to become a CPA. It was serving as the VP of Finance for a National Developer/Home Builder that I gained the knowledge and love of real estate.
