About Chris
Chris joined Core Property Group in June 2024 as Capital Markets Analyst, responsible for overseeing market research, client deal sourcing, as well as acquisition and development analysis.
Prior to joining Core, Chris was with KeyBank as part of their Real Estate Rotational Analyst program. In this capacity, he conducted underwriting, market research, and property due diligence, integrating these assessments to evaluate overall deal risk. His experience spans financing activities encompassing balance sheet loans, agency loans, as well as corporate loans and credit facilities. Chris was an analyst for over $60M of multifamily loans and $15M of commercial loans.
