Chris Chamberlain

A 4th generation native of the Rogue Valley, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work and live in such a wonderful community. I currently live in Eagle Point with my wife and three sons. I feel privileged to play a small but essential role in our communities exponential economic and demographic growth. I hold bachelor degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Christian College and am currently a CCIM candidate.
After college, I went to work as a project coordinator for an industrial and commercial developer, where I became proficient in AutoCAD basics, design, project planning, and project funding. After 3.5 years of working for the development company, I obtained my Oregon brokers license. I went to work with Coldwell Banker Commercial Pro West Real Estate, where I have had the privilege of working with Bernie Young and his team.

I specialize in the marketing and development of industrial, retail, office, and Income-producing properties, primarily in Oregon, but increasingly throughout the west coast (Alaska to Texas). I currently represent and consult some of our area's leading developers and investors and Oregon-based publicly traded companies.

I look forward to building upon the reputation of integrity and honor that my family has endowed me with, and someday passing that gift to my children.
