Working with Chris to find a home in Stamford was a great experience and working with him for your real estate needs is highly recommended. His extensive knowledge of the area and market made it an easy process to identify the perfect homes to tour while not wasting time with homes that didn't fit our needs/budget. His quick and detailed responses to all of our questions helped guide us though the home buying process smoothly from start to finish. Chris is an honest and supportive agent who made us feel confident and assured that we were making the right decision with our home purchase. We got an offer on our house (in Stamford) in four days with Chris, back in December! Chris then helped us navigate an extremely frustrating market as buyers, eventually finding our dream home (again in Stamford) in March, which we closed on in 30 days thanks to Chris' management and negotiation skills. Throughout the process, Chris was upbeat yet realistic. He listened to what we wanted, respected our concerns, and enthusiastically hunted for the perfect home for us. Which he successfully found! We can't say enough about how WONDERFUL our experience was with him, and how obvious it is that he loves what he does and truly wants to help you find exactly what you're looking for! If you want someone who will LISTEN to you, who does NOT play games, and who is going to search for your perfect home relentlessly until it is found, Chris is your guy!

Chris was nothing but helpful throughout my search for a rental, he communicated very well and tried his best to get me what I wanted keeping in mind my needs and budget. Chris is hungry, young, and eager to get you the keys to your dream home. I know this because he did it for me. He should not be looked at as just “another realtor”. His refreshing personality mixed with his marketing background & knowledge of the real estate market makes the home buying experience what it should be: an exciting life milestone.

His “Complete Guide To Buying A Home” book helped steer me in the right direction. Without the knowledge from Chris and his book, I don’t believe I would have been prepared for this entire process.

When it came time to make an offer I was impressed with his professionalism in working with the sellers to negotiate the best deal for me. Without him, I am not convinced the sellers would have even agreed to sell to me.

I could not rave about Chris more. He navigated me through the COVID pandemic real estate market. No one could have prepared themselves for such a competitive time to buy. Thanks to Chris I was prepared and now I’m sitting in my dream home.
