About Chris
If pressed to pinpoint all of Chris’ many talents down to one thing, it would be this: he thrives on connections. A fifth-generation Mainer, Chris grew up in Camden. He left briefly to work construction down south, returning after only one year to drive school buses - although his primary motivation was to play in a band. You can often find him using his Notary Public license to perform weddings or on the drums, playing classic rock with his band, Creatures of Habit. He might also be cruising around town in his 1962 corvette or on his Harley. Or at his place near Moosehead Lake in Greenville. Indeed, he thrives on making and maintaining connections.
Now a 44-year industry veteran, Chris is still as jazzed about real estate as he was back in 1978 when he started at the company his mother owned. Being a broker turned out to be an extension of the “work” he was already doing—connecting with people.
A past president of the local board of realtors, Chris has served on the committee to redraft the statewide documents used industry-wide and he’s proud of the sophisticated system that exists in this largely laid-back state.
