I've been a real estate agent for 26 years and have lived in Colorado Springs for over 40 years. I'm a full time Realtor, with ABR, and many years of continuing education. I'm in the top 1% of PPAR. I'm a husband and proud father of two who enjoys helping people buy and sell their homes to achieve the American Dream. I enjoy helping everyone, from the 1 bedroom condos to the multi-million dollar homes. I began my career in real estate due to my parents. Mike & Diana Cooper started ReMax Partners in 1985. After watching them succeed and enjoy helping people buy & sell real estate, I decided to follow in their footsteps.

The most challenging part of buying or selling in today’s market is being on top of current market trends and watching and reacting to market fluctuations. Staying on top of these market trends helps people buy and sell REO and Short Sale properties. The market has been soft over the past 24 months, but we are beginning to show signs of great improvement.
