Chris Corry, a full-time Realtor associated with Berkshire Hathaway-PenFed Realty, is licensed as a Real Estate Consultant in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Chris has received several top sales awards and honor recognitions, including "2014 Rookie-of-the Year" for the Mid-Atlantic region by PenFed Realty, recipient of the Realtor Association's "Top-Producer" award in 2014, 2015, and 2016, Chairman's Gold 2016 award winner for being the "#3 Realtor in the Mid-Atlantic" region, and recognized in the top 1% of Realtors in the Berkshire Hathaway national network. Chris has also been recognized as one of the Top Real Estate Agents in the area by the Washingtonian in 2016 & 2017, and Northern Virginia Magazine.
Chris provides buyers and sellers strong analytical examinations of properties, as well as exceptional insight about market trends, individual neighborhoods, and solid estimates on property valuations. Many of his skills have been derived from 25 years’ experience working for a Washington-based international market development company. During his tenure with the company, he resided in Europe and North Africa for 10 years, serving as Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Chris also served as the company's Senior Director for International Operations, overseeing the staff and operations of ten international offices, and the company's global marketing efforts.
Chris, who grew up in Texas, received his undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University and attended Texas A&M University as a Graduate Fellow. Chris was a Peace Corps volunteer in Sierra Leone, West Africa, serving as an instructor and farm manager at the country's largest vocational school and a high school vocational agricultural teacher in Houston, Texas, where he was recognized as the "Teacher-of-the-Year" his second year of teaching.
Chris currently resides in Northern Virginia where his wife, Liz, and three daughters own and operate a horse farm. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors and Past-President for the Fairfax-Prince William County Farm Bureau.
