Almost 20 years ago Dan Anderson from Lakehomes.com Realty helped a male client move from the deserts of Nevada to Minnesota to find their dream property on Chisago Lake, starting his love for lakeshore. After retiring as an Air Traffic Controller at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, Chris decided to try and help others fulfill their dream. As an avid pilot, snowmobiler, and outdoors person, Chris has had the pleasure of visiting most of the lakes in the East Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin area. His favorite area lakes are Balsam, Bone, and Deer Lakes in Wisconsin and the Chisago Area Lakes in Minnesota. Because most people do not want to limit their search or marketing to a single lake or area, Chris does everything he can to learn about all the lakes and collect literature on each of these lakes to pass this knowledge on. He has the honor of meeting fellow lakeshore owners from the Hayward Lakes Area to Sturgeon Lake to the Twin Cities Metro Area Lakes and often uses their knowledge of their own lakes to help them do their job better.
