Chris Formico

Chris Formico grew up near Minneapolis, Minnesota and found himself wanting to travel and move outside of his hometown. When he was 20 years old he enlisted in the Air Force. He was sent to Germany for two years and then finished his 4 year term at a Air Force base in the Florida Panhandle. He decided to continue his adventure in Florida and moved down to the up and coming city of St. Petersburg in 2013. Here he fell in love with the area and decided to settle in. He decided to get licensed as a Realtor and soon after partnered up with current business partner Ryan Eisenhower. Together they formed the 727 Real Estate Team and have been consistently finding new ways to innovate the way they do business together. Chris and Ryan together are able to cover the entirety of Pinellas County and also will accomodate buyer and seller needs in Tampa when needed.

Chris & Ryan also started The Pinellas County Meetup group which has brought many people together in an easy going social environment. They've organized social events as well as fitness, sports and charity events.

The 727 Team joined RE/MAX to take full advantage of the resources and brand name recognition that come with an international real estate company. They are excited to be with the most well known real estate company in the world and plan on building their business around RE/MAX principles and values.
