I had an amazing experience working with Chris. As a new home owner he made the process of buying a home such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and he made himself always available to answer any questions I had and understand the process while searching for a home that met my needs in Menifee. Chris was very professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

This was our second time using Semper Fi Homes. The first was when we bought our first home 7 years ago. This time was to sell that home. In both instances Chris addressed all of our questions and concerns quickly and in terms that we, as first time home buyers/sellers, could understand. Chris provided open and honest feedback, while also ensuring that we as the buyer/seller made the final decision. It was especially satisfying to work with Chris as a fellow veteran, however he would have given the same professionalism regardless of our status. I would recommend Semper Fi Homes to anyone buying or selling a home.

My husband and I purchased our first house with Chris Francis of Semper Fi Homes. We first reached out to Chris because we were interested in a rental property. We had no intention to buy because we didn't think that buying a home was even an option for us. Well it was!!! Chris walked us through the entire process; start to finish. He always acted in OUR best interest and he took his time to answer all of our questions. Chris worked hard around the clock and took great care of us! We LOVE our new home!
