Competent, professional, knowledgeable, patient, etc. Chris worked with us for nearly a year and helped us find our dream home. This was no small feat as we were out of state and quite specific with what we were looking for while working within a budget in a crazy sellers market during COVID. On several occasions Chris took a 2+ hour drive to give us a video tour of a house we were interested in. When we did finally found "the one" he moved deftly to get our offer accepted in one day. Being a General Contractor as well, Chris was able to advise us on any potential issues and give us rough estimates on costs which was invaluable when buying a house sight unseen. If we ever sell and/or buy again we will definitely use Chris and can't recommend him enough. If we lived closer to his business area we would use him as our GC as well because his work is fantastic. 10 stars!

I believe his many years as a contractor and builder give him a competitive edge over other agents.
