Chris Hanley

The Principal Broker and co-owner, along with wife Kerri, of Farchette and Hanley Real Estate, Chris Hanley has had his Broker’s license for 20 years. His experience with St. Croix real estate stretches back much farther than that, however, and actually started when he was still very young.

“I grew up in this business,” Chris explains, “as my mother, who was then the owner of Farchette & Hanley Real Estate, has been selling St. Croix real estate since I was a kid.”

Thus, Chris absorbed more than a few useful things while he was growing up, including the history of ownership of many of the properties strewn throughout the island. His knowledge of individual properties, as well as each cove and hilltop on St. Croix, equips him with valuable information and insight when listing and selling property.
