Meet Rob McGuire and Chris Herbst, full time Tampa Bay Realtors with years of successful real estate sales and marketing experience. Rob has lived in both St. Petersburg and Tampa, is a member of Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, Rainbow Network, and Luxury Committee, holds a membership with the National Association of Realtors and volunteers and donates to various community charities. Originally from Rochester, New York, he worked in the digital media advertising sales and marketing field for years in New York City, holding various positions on Madison Avenue. Rob's passion for real estate began when he bought his first home at age 23. He enjoys cooking, the arts, attending local sporting events and exploring Florida's beautiful gulf coast. Chris was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is a graduate of Temple University. Beginning his career with a national department store chain, he moved up the corporate ladder before embarking on a career in real estate.
