We didn’t know Chris Hicks before we began looking for a house; he was recommended by a family member. Chris is a kind-hearted man. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and accessible to us for our many questions during our search and closing processes. This was an emotional move for us and Chris was sensitive to that. We are real estate investors and Chris is the best realtor we have ever had. A trait of a good realtor is someone that does everything in their power to solve problems without bothering you and that is what Chris does. He fought for our appraisal without our knowledge and only let us know once he was successful and had it all worked out. The entire process was extremely smooth and trust me, that is not always (usually) the case. He respects your time and works for his commission. Chris took care of us in Birmingham when looking for a house. Strong man of faith. Not pushy at all which works better with my husband and my personality. But when it came down to fighting for the house, he was there pushing the process. Although we ended up not buying here, God had another plan for us to move elsewhere. Chris hooked us up with a very knowledgeable realtor in the area we WERE looking, and we found a house there within the first day. If it weren’t for Chris’ recommendation, who knows where we would be in the process.

I really had gave up searching for a realtor who would be attentive to helping me search for my home. Chris was the blessing I needed to find a home for me. He was very attentive to the things I was looking for in a home. He was very informative about the buying process, and made me aware of the things to look for while searching. When I made my offer on the home I purchased, and after thinking I had lost the home to another offer; Chris called me and said the sellers came back to us. Here is where Chris really showed his true talent as an agent. He held my hand, encouraged me and walked me through the process. Talk about a man of ethics and character.
