Chris’s journey into real estate started unlike most. After having been in sales for more than 25 years, an opportunity to invest in a custom home subdivision presented itself. Chris and his wife / business partner, Julie, jumped in with both feet, formed H & H Homes and became real estate developers - designing, building, and selling luxury homes in the seven-lot subdivision. Their investment turned into a true labor of love, and real estate became their new passion.
A native Oregonian, Chris grew up in Gresham and graduated from Oregon State University. For 25 years, he and his wife, Julie, have called West Linn home, raised their three children there, and, coaching youth sports for 14 years. Chris has been a coach for youth soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and lacrosse. He and Julie work as a team, are a true force in the West Linn real estate market and are thrilled to introduce West Linn and surrounding communities to newcomers as well as help local clients find their first or forever homes.
