When my sister and I unexpectedly became responsible for selling our parents house we listed it first with another agent, and the home didn’t have any movement let alone serious showings. After working with 2 previous realtors and being told I was looking for a unicorn, I signed up on the Dave Ramsey Solutions website on February 11th to find an Endorsed Local Provider. Three different realtors contacted me and Chris Kew was one of the realtors. I was very specific on what I wanted and Chris kept me updated to let me know that he was actively looking for a home for me. On March 15th he contacted me at 5:00 pm to let me know he had a home for me to look at and he got me a showing at 6:30 pm to see it! While I was looking at the house I didn't feel pressured or like I was taking up too much of his time. It was truly a pleasure working with Chris and Amanda. My situation had several unique challenges and they navigated them and advised me expertly and patiently.

The area I lived in is quite rural so the market was tougher to negotiate. Chris had a professional photographer come in and they took great pictures, including arial pictures of my property with a drone. This is a must do. The deal fell through and Chris notified us. We agreed to put it back on the market immediately and within 2 days got an new offer that went all the way to the finish line! If we could give 10 stars to Chris Kew, we would. There aren't enough stars on here to accommodate our gratitude to Chris. If you are a first time home buyer, your search for a realtor is over! Chris was absolutely amazing and patient with us as first time home buyers. He was supportive every step of the way. He was always available, and quickly replied emails/texts even late at night.
